USSI recently announced the appointment of Bill (Billy) Lindler, Jr. as president. Bill Lindler, Sr., will continue to serve as CEO and chairman and will remain active in the business focusing on strategic initiatives to drive USSI’s customers operational excellence.
“I’m so proud of what USSI has accomplished over the past 35 years, but I’m even more excited about what we’ll do in the future. There is no one better equipped than Billy to lead us into the next phase of our success, and with him at the helm, there is no limit to where USSI can go,” Lindler, Sr. said in a press release. “Billy and I have shared values and goals, including making USSI a great place to work for our highly experienced staff. Billy’s sales experience will be leveraged to support our long-standing relationships with the existing customer community while also expanding our customer base.”
Lindler, Jr. has an Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and has completed numerous courses in executive management, complex systems sales, and professional development. Billy started his career at USSI where he initiated the use of Industrial Engineering processes that are still used today. He has more than 25 years successful executive and sales experience at business system solution providers like Daifuku, EDS, SAP and most recently, Dassault Systèmes where he was responsible for very large global customers and prospects.
